Hold on! this is not about that!
This is about Safara & how she was born out of our love for the wild, the intrigue, the adventure
& our need for a sanctuary in the city.

It takes two to tango, and tango we did... in khaki, boots & landrovers... amidst elephants, leopards & hyenas.
We trekked in alot of dust & sweltering African sun... & eventually, after many decades, with a passion for all things beautifully quirky... we returned with the bits & bobs that make Safara what she is today.
We thought about stringing mozzie nets under the acacias, but that wouldn't have been quite ideal,
so we created our spaces, to bring you comfort & calm...
a place to rejuvenate & escape from the fast paced life outside of our walls.

None of this would be possible without our amazing team.
